Ella Bella’s T&C’s Booking Policy

Online Bookings via Booking System
-Upon booking, 50% deposit is paid
-We email you confirmation of your booking,
-Printable invites can be emailed over to you by request .

Phone Bookings
-Confirm all party details over the phone
-Bank/Paypal details will be sent via email/text for you to transfer your 50% deposit, to secure your booking.
-No booking is secured until deposit is paid

Events

– All events are non transferable / refundable

Cancellation Policy
All of our deposits are NON-Refundable,
If you need to reschedule your booking with over 14 days notice your deposit will be placed on hold for up-to 3 months of the original booking date.
Any booking not rescheduled within 3 months, deposit will unfortunately be lost.
If you cancel/ reschedule your booking within 14 days your deposit will unfortunately be lost .

Change of Party numbers
If you wish to increase your party numbers, we ask you to inform us 10 days prior to your booking.
If you wish to decrease the numbers you originally booked, you must inform us no later than 10 days prior to the booking date, if less than 10 days’ notice is given you will be required to pay for the full number of children originally booked for.
