Ella Bella’s T&C’s Booking Policy

Online Bookings via Booking System
-Upon booking, 50% deposit is paid
-We email you confirmation of your booking,
-Printable invites can be emailed over to you by request .

Phone Bookings
-Confirm all party details over the phone
-Bank/Paypal details will be sent via email/text for you to transfer your 50% deposit, to secure your booking.
-No booking is secured until deposit is paid


– All events are non transferable / refundable

Cancellation Policy
All of our deposits are NON-Refundable,
If you need to reschedule your booking with over 14 days notice your deposit will be placed on hold for up-to 3 months of the original booking date.
Any booking not rescheduled within 3 months, deposit will unfortunately be lost.
If you cancel/ reschedule your booking within 7 days your deposit will unfortunately be lost .
If the booking needs to be rescheduled due to a positive Covid case of booking leader within 7 days of booking 50% of deposit will be lost to cover catering & staff costs.

Change of Party numbers
If you wish to increase your party numbers, we ask you to inform us 7 days prior to your booking.
If you wish to decrease the numbers you originally booked, you must inform us no later than 7 days prior to the booking date, if less than 7 days’ notice is given you will be required to pay for the full number of children originally booked for.
